ok im gona give this a shot see what happens.yes i would give a friend some advice if i taught he or she was overweight/underweight after all he/she is my friend. I would cut to the chase and be straight up as in, something like that top or jeans or dress or trouser's has become a little tight.
I wouldnt suggest an exercise program but recommend they see a profes as im not one, to advise he/she on a proper diet. Ive had this slapped up to me it hurt at time but it was my friend that said it to me. I was under weight back then but great now Please take no offense as there is none intended.
