Try this DeeDee Get comfortable and put your hands on your chest and stomach so that you feel your abdomen rise rather than your chest. Breathe in through your nose, hold the breath for a few seconds and then exhale through your mouth. The time it takes to exhale should be about twice what it is to inhale. (Many suggest a 4:7:8 pattern – 4 to inhale, 7 to hold, and 8 to exhale.) Do 4-8 breath cycles

Agree! For me, they are serious words. You are taking another persons heart into your hands and it is the greatest of all gifts. Responsibility comes with taking care that you don't do anything to damage or break another heart and you won't if you truly love them!!
Breaking up is never easy and I expect each feels something awful.. The one doing the breaking up is full of guilt and the other person feels abandoned and unlovable!! I think love is all about timing, both people are ready to accept the other totally and unconditionally into their life.
