Its really beside the point as to how many people I know. They latest political ploy of majority of European leaders seem to be getting rid of them. Look at the prevailing unity of most of the countries that want them out.
Its understandable to see how you feel different, you're on their side, bottom line is what majority want to make the decision.

I have a lot of relatives who live there and their impression is gaining more credibility on the opposition of your opinion.
Global news is as credible as living there to get first hand information.
Well Bod sometimes, being angry is a natural reaction to something unpleasant but being angry all the time is not really good. Yes a turn off to me, too.
The mess it has created is indeed a very difficult to fix but there is got to be a solution somewhere and whatever that is, it will be a task that can settle this mess, I hope.
I am not shy, I know that. Neither would I qualify to be introvert. When I find some interesting people and or hear a very interesting conversation, I invite myself if I feel there is a polite way of getting involved. I avoid social parties. I don't like that feeling of being obligated to talk to friends and or strangers just to make it look like I have social interest or skills.
I understand about having kids Big. I am way beyond that and thank God, when my husband and I divorced, our youngest was 19 years old and we didn't really fight within their sight that could have alienated our unity.
I used to live in Aurora Hills, then moved closer to the University. There was a big one in the Area then and as a matter of fact I believe the Buddha gold of Marcos was discovered there. Supposedly dumped by the Japanese when they were retreating.
That is the best part the positive feelings it gives you that there is always tomorrow. Sure the uneasiness and awkwardness will linger for a while, but then the promise of a better tomorrow is there to cling on to.
