I'm no story teller but here goes...

Once upon a time there was Pastor.. who felt lonely and decided to go fishing. He caught a few, mostly slippery ones though. Until one day he actually caught a mermaid! He couldn't believe his luck! But instead of taking care of her (like some nice guys on CS would) he somehow triggered her wrath. Little did he know that the mermaid also had a CS account and.... well the rest is history...

Yep.. the final episode was upsetting but it was poetic justice.. had a bit of irony too.. I remember the first time I watched it I felt exactly like your son. Now I agree with it.
