Lately I've only gotten 6-7 hours. I don't sleep a whole lot, like I did when I was younger. I can't sleep past 7am anymore. And I can't sleep until after 10:30pm these days.
Well, for me, if they live in the same state as me and visit my town sometimes then it will work. But if they have never been here and live way, way over somewhere else then it doesn't work. I've tried this before (with someone in Texas) and it just didn't work. If you live less than 4 hours from me, I'm very interested.
My favorites are TVLand (they show the old great t.v. shows from the 70's), MTV (the documentaries they show, Real World, etc.), and My45 (a station here in Arizona).
What I don't get a lot is that some of the people I've met are truthful about themselves on their profiles. They were just playing me along. I hate that ....
No, it's not a problem for me, but they might want to check into a motel in my town, if they're coming down. But as long as they are in the same state, as I am, then I don't have a problem with distance.
I'm totally honest about myself, when I do talk about myself. And I'm like this, if my date doesn't like a few things that I had told him about me, my past, and such, then that's his damn lose and I just move on. I could give a damn.
Thanks, Mitch. It's from the years of running on a track team in high school and cross-country team too. Also my 6 years experience in the Army...Lot's of running/jogging in my life.
To a certain extent, it does to me. I like men that are older than me, but no more than 60 years old. I will date a younger one, but not younger than 29. That's as far as I go.
RE: What qualities do you look for in a man/woman?
I look for:1. Honesty (were they honest about what they like to do for fun?, about their age?, etc. )
2. Kindness
3. Warm hearted
4. Good manners (yes, I do believe in opening the door for the lady on the first date, that is).
