Well right now I am lowering my need for as large amount of nicotine, cutting way down on the amount I smoke. I am waiting until I feel the bad side effects of needing one before I go get one.
And I am working seriously on my attitude about them being disgusting, and that I want to stop smoking them.
I hope to take the next step by this spring and stop..

I love dogs the best, They are smarter, and learn and want to do things for you. Cats don't care except about them.

My girlfriend has her dog trained to ring a bell at the door when she wants to go out,then my girlfriend let's her out and
closes the door but not latched.
Then when her doggie comes back in by herself she closes the door behind her self.

Cats kill my plants and go after my aquarium fish so I don't want one of them..

Just take all the bad fats and extra sugars out of your diet, thats what I do, its slower going but it stays off you better later.

I had it all off me just a few years ago when I went swimming lots all summer.

But I am working on it. I have pretty toned muscles under this bit of fat. I do a lot of exercises.
