I dated a latina once who was raising her two kids herself....she taught me all I know about family life (apart from my own parents, that is..) and what it means to sacrifice yourself lovingly and unconditionally for something bigger than yourself....since that time, I have a great deal of respect for single moms.....and there are more and more of them!!...they are the custodians of the next generation!
I just tried to phone Radders.....the line rang engaged for a long time, and then was directed to reception....a very charming, but highly efficient swiss miss on the other end told me that Radders is not available at the moment....the nurses are throwing him an impromtu bedpan party (as they call it) for him....I think that entails drinking punch with a straw out of large aluminum flagons.....and stripping down to underwear only, and then having bed-on-wheels races down the corridors.... Whatever..but it all sounds darstadly good fun, and damned if I wouldn't love to be there myself...maybe it's time for my own by-pass, or a lobotomy, whichever comes first, 'ey?...

Robert is too skilled at blaming everybody else except himself for his behaviour...I don't buy that anymore...Robert will improve the moment he starts taking responsibility for his own behaviour, and faces up to his life like a man.
Robert...let me be clear on this...I don't have "SHORT LIAISONS"...you're the one who does that. As you published here in the past with great aplomb, and with much boasting......so keep your innuendos about my private life to yourself, as I will mine.
Robert, you love to criticise me on my relationship track record, the fact of the matter is, you know nothing about it...you have no real clue as to who I have dated or not over the last 2 years....and I could also take more opportunity to mention that you have had probably 4 or 5 relationships in the last 2 years...so who are you to judge??...I just don't think that those kinds of personal judgements are appropriate here.....

Oh absolutely...it dpends on the nature of your relationship, and the maturity of it.....for young relationships it can be a bit of a challenge, I think...before trust has been established.
That's an excellent point, and one which most posters forget. There are so many other channels to use....so why use a dating site??...Skype, email, telephone, yahoo chat, msn chat, the list goes on...But people who have hooked up miss the flirting., miss the banter...they want the relationship, but they also want to play here. it's called having your cake and eating it too.....Sometimes you have to choose, and decide which has priority...imo
