I'm pretty sure the guys that are doing this do not come on the forums, but as you say, it makes the voting system pointless. All they need to do is take away the anonymity of the low scorers, and i guess that would solve it.
I'm sure there are nice parts of Nottingham, but recently it has become a city with a bad drug and gun culture. My friend who is a journalist went to work for a local newspaper there. He could'nt wait to see out his contract and move away. Its a shame really, Nottingham used to be a fine city.
Fairly quite market town, in very flat countryside. Not really near anywhere of note. Depends what your looking for, if you dont like it, its easy to move. Not too far from Nottingham, but thats best avoided.
