I had problem with my neighbours months ago.they move in after Chritmas. young couple. always having party till 6am. even mid week. friends arounds ect . I complain to them . not on! now we get on and they on my book of faces. no more party! mid week.
after u get ya visa, u need a green card for working. can take up to year to 5 yrs, took my mate fom London.when she move over there. got married there, but took her 5 yrs for a green card
