There has come a time in the USA to be proactive in taking steps to restrict all to access of guns, at the very least a tightening up of laws to availability.
There wil always be a black market for weaponry, though there needs to be a starting point.
What do you suggest Badude? Remain with the status quo? That sure is proving a hit with the number of mass shootings in America on the increase.
If tighter gun law restrictions were implemented in America resulting in less availability and distribution of guns, there would be a dramatic decrease in gun related deaths.
