Just sending this out to the universe: To the anonymous Australian caller who phones me late each evening.....eff off
I leave my phone on through the night in case my daughter needs me.
You called again last night......always a different mobile number, so unable to block......and then a damn morepork kept me awake for half the night.....
Well, the man's not dead....a surprise in itself....usually these type of scenarios end in suicide(I believe there were 2 bombs in his car which were defused).
Perhaps, at some stage, Tarrant will give us more understanding of why.
At this point in time, I can only rely on the facts, as they are known.
A peaceful protest in Sydney, that didn't end well at all, with loss of lives.
Yeah, took me by surprise as well, Jacinda wearing the head scarf. I think it was more of a compassionate gesture to the grieving families who she spoke directly with.
I see you're desperately stalking me Charles in order to "trip" me up.
Aside from that isolated incident which occured 10 years ago in which Asha Abdille was described has having mental health issues, we have no further incidents in this country, that I'm aware of.
I fail to see how military style semi automatics being available to the general public is an advantage to saving lives.
We'll have to agree to disagree there Rob.
I agree there will always be shootings in either country, though Australia has not seen the scale of the massacre of the Port Arthur shooting since there was an immediate gun law reform.
It seems ironic in this country we're proposing to ban all fireworks nationally and yet these high powered guns are still available. Hopefully this will change shortly. It seems it will.
The NZ Police have been pushing for gun law reform for years but have been unsuccessful, till now.
I think she is doing a fine job leading our country, particularly in wake of the massacre.
Regarding immediate gun law reform: Winston Peters(the deputy PM), the leader of the opposition, Simon Bridges and our PM have all expressed strongly in favour of immediate changes to gun laws, to at least bring them into line with Australia’s gun laws. I fully agree with this move.
Thank you Hex and Rob for posting a full account of the Anning incident. We may not be friends Hex, but I do appreciate what you did here. Anning is indeed a disgrace.
An in depth self examination of your distorted perception of world views, wouldn't go amiss Charles.
My comment was based solely on your general views and opinions and the way in which you air them on these forums, not particularly the specific case in question.
Now getta outta my face, before I slam you over the head with a skillet, cast-iron, no less.
You'd probably be best suited living in the Southern states of the US(the Bible belt) with your far right religious, political views.
I'd even assist in helping you pack your bags.
Please don't consider working for Tourism NZ in promoting NZ as a country of friendly kiwis.
You don't speak for the majority of New Zealanders(thank goodness).
I'd prefer to hear the views of residents of their own respective countries, than listen to your hate-filled propaganda, pushing your own agenda with your consistent obssessive and aggressive spamming of the forums.
Even the "Word Association:" thread is not a safe fun place to be anymore with you around carrying your pompous, pedantic, self-righteous attitude.
The other two NZ male Trump supporter CS regulars, pale in comparison, to your antiquated views.
One of the reasons why I no longer personally wish to involve myself too much with this site anymore, is people like yourself who dominate the forums now.
A far cry to how the CS forums and blogs once was, sadly.
May I remind you this is an international DATING site.
Enough said. I have better things to do with my time, than read your garbage.
RE: Say Anything
Sorry Meth.....I have no idea what you're on about.........but the present I'll hit, with gusto. Ta very much....
