Its a filthy habit. I'm not missing it. I got to go through the steps with the patch to get off nicotine completely but I was a heavy smoker and I am surprised how well the patch is working out. Believe me, your not missing anything by not smoking.
Seen a kidney specialist a few days ago. He didn't sign my death warrant but told me I absolutely need to stop smoking ciggs and stop taking anti inflammatorys for my back and leg. I am going to listen to him for a change instead of tuning him out like I would have one time.
One piece of good news. He told me I could smoke as much pot as I wanted to so some clouds has a silver lining
Christmas hack. If you have kids who fight and a fireplace, get a bunch of empty boxes wrapped up like gifts addressed to the kids. whenever the kids get into a fight, throw a "gift" into the fire.
Just before the surgery, I told the doctor that I was nervous. As he was gassing me, he said "relax, I preformed this procedure dozens of times . . . its bound to work eventually"

Mental illness is the least understood and most discriminated illness there is. Very large scope and affects a lot of people whether they realize it or not.
