Actually to complete the statement, it was

"A high value woman cooks, cleans and has a reasonably low body count. A high value man pays the bills, funds the lifestyle, protects and defends. I do not care about your income. I make really good money but if you think that means we go out and I spend a fortune on you, just keep going and pass me by. I worked hard to have something and I am not blowing on you."

So you want a woman who is young and hot and not a trot to stay in the kitchen and cook and clean for you, you advertise your good money yet you are unwilling to spend any on her.

Basically you want to be like a sugar daddy but you want to keep all of the sugar for yourself.
