I started walking lately. I don't go too far on account of my hip and leg issues but its helping. Even a 10 minute stroll is enough to make you feel better as I am finding out.
We got at least 60 cms of snow, still snowing. It is really wet clammy snow, very heavy to shovel. I wouldn't be surprised if someone has a heart attack shoveling this today.
