It has happened to me many times and I say the heck with it.
Does CS require you to log on because it is a volatile thread? Or, do they need the clicks to show that members will do anything to write their opinion?
If you have a Cosori air fryer please read the link to see if your model number is on the list. If it is fill out the registration form to have the company send you a new air fryer or a different product from the company.
I have a Cosori air fryer but my model number isn't on the list. Since there is a wiring problem I think they should replace all air fryers regardless of the model number. My first Cosori air fryer was defective and they sent me a new one which is the one I have now. These air fryers are made in China. That says enough about cheap labor.
That's funny that you are asking that attacks are done in a sophisticated manner. I remember a post you wrote to me saying, "I will try to be less confrontational".
This is what you celebrate when you give roses, chocolates and expensive dinners.
Valentine's Day is a time to celebrate romance and love and kissy-face fealty. But the origins of this festival of candy and cupids are actually dark, bloody — and a bit muddled.
Though no one has pinpointed the exact origin of the holiday, one place to start is ancient Rome.
The Romans' celebrations were violent
The Romans executed two men by that name on Feb. 14 of different years in the third century.
From Feb. 13 to 15, the Romans celebrated the feast of Lupercalia. The men sacrificed a goat and a dog, then whipped women with the hides of the animals they had just slain.
The Roman romantics "were drunk. They were naked," Noel Lenski, now a religious studies professor at Yale University, told NPR in 2011. Young women would line up for the men to hit them, Lenski said. They believed this would make them fertile.
For Valentine's Day, the Bronx Zoo lets you name a roach after your sweetheart The brutal fete included a matchmaking lottery in which young men drew the names of women from a jar. The couple would then be coupled up for the duration of the festival — or longer, if the match was right.
The ancient Romans may also be responsible for the name of our modern day of love. Emperor Claudius II executed two men — both named Valentine — on Feb. 14 of different years in the third century. Their martyrdom was honored by the Catholic Church with the celebration of St. Valentine's Day.
I agree to your #1 with the exception of medical and food aid. I think rich countries should help in situations like the earthquake in Turkey. I'm tired of hearing another billion going to Ukraine so stop the military aid.
My other two wishes are:
That my son in law eventually beats cancer That I could have better health and less pain
Yes I watched from beginning to end. I thought it was an good speech, he said "finish the job" many times. He believes in Americans. I liked his humor. He was relaxed and yet got fired up when necessary but without nastiness.
What I didn't like is the women literally falling all over him, even to kisses, at the end. Secret Service should have stopped that.
I didn't like it that several Republicans chose to be rude to the president. The Office of the President should be respected even though you don't agree with policy.
The thing I hated is Camala Harris standing up for every other word that he said. I don't like her to begin with and with all this clapping and standing up for everything he said was just nuts.
I thought it was funny that McCarthy was closing his eyes and taking a nap several times.
What if it's filled with poison. If they shoot it down over the population it might kill everyone. If they shoot it down over the ocean it will kill the fishies. If they shoot it down over the forest it will kill the birds a/k/a dinosaurs.
Get Maverick (Tom Cruise) to fly close to and and attach a bungie cord to it. When Tom gets close to China he could do a maneuver with the bungie cord and swing it back to China then shoot it down.
I agree that the tone we set is how some people decide what that person is all about, what makes them tick.
For instance, I critique Pedro on the threads he writes. I'd rather not express my opinion.
The color of someone's skin doesn't affect my critique but if they are jovial I see them as a happy person.
If they constantly complain and curse at people for no reason I see them as an unhappy or unhealthy person.
I know someone who raises her voice when she wants to make a point. She is a controlling person and has a need to always be right. I learned a long time ago that the quiet voice gets the attention.
The weather has changed here too. Last week it was 70 degrees and warm. Today I have the heat up to 73 cause it's cold which doesn't bother me cause I like snow and cold weather.
I can't respond to your poll because there isn't an option that fits my feelings for men. In general I like men especially to have a conversation with and to joke around with. I no longer have an interest in loving a man, that door is closed.
