you seem to be stretching the meaning to get a different story here... I did not say that the cheater isn't guilty, I am saying that in most cases the third party is just as guilty, many even moreso because they intentionally target married people.
I don't think you realize just how close to the truth that is (or maybe you do) but almost every woman I have met are about 90% mindset, no matter what. but the guy has to be open minded to accept her laws!
Couldn't open minded also mean that if she has a picture of a slim gal in her profile.. then when you meet in real life she is over 400 pounds.. you still accept her as she is

hell, if the company that I applied for hadn't sent me a copy of the false report, I would have never known. no telling how many people this record place has screwed up.
Well, spoke to a couple of lawyers today.. still waiting,, they get in no hurry, also spoke to the court where this was reported to have come from, the company that did the background check didn't have the right birthdate or SSN. clearly not me, court is sending me a letter that says so, will get it tomorrow or Saturday.
If it is actually opening a doop, either their is not enough makeup air, the purge isn't working or..the gas/air mix is way too rich.(can tell the later if the flame is burning all blue or all yellow) if so.. bad air mix.

I think anyone would, If you saw this list of crimes that they claim I did (which I did not) you would understand just how damaging it is. has a list of 8 criminal charges.
I honestly have no clue, all I can figure is that they got paid well to provide a service, then did basically nothing and no effort to produce a record to get paid for??????
I still have the copy of the report from my current employer right here and is clean except for the misdemeanor.. {a correct record!} and the records this company provided was in the ozarks in Missouri in 2004 . I didn't move to Missouri till 2007 and can prove I was living and working In South Dakota then.
Odd thing is.. I do have one misdemeanor from when I was 23, nothing else on my record, not even a speeding ticket. and fairly recently got passed for a permit to carry a concealed weapon
but this one misdemeanor didn't show on the report. just how reputable is this Company
OK, I had applied for a new job, just got a letter from them saying that I couldn't have the job because of the results of my background check, enclosed was a copy of the results.. had an entire page of criminal history.. and needless to say.. not one thing reported on it was mine.
ok.. I called the company that did the check to correct it, They told me that they found nothing with my SSN so they ran just the name, (I have a very common name- just looked in the phonebook and there are over 10 of the same in it) so.. how the hell can they run just a name and use that as a report to keep someone from getting a job?? pulling up a report at random from anyone with the same name.
since the employer paid for this service.. and the service provider intentionally gave a false report that kept me from getting the job.. would this be a fair time to sue them???

Can't really safely say then without actually looking at it, most likely just the purge stage. but as was said.. if it has not been making this noise in previous years.. I would call and have the gas CO. check it out. If no problems found, you may have to pay the bill, if a problem is found, then the bill should be sent directly to the landlord.
so it bangs before lighting or just before it starts blowing?
if in the basement.. the unit gets very cold when not in operation, then when it heats up it is normal that it will make a lot of noise, I would also imagine it makes a lot of noises again as it cools down,
