I hate the Clintons.. but look at the change that they made... for the first time in decades our debt was balanced even a surplus... Economy was looking really good, Our Nation was in no more danger than it ever is. (although the Clintons are also part of what caused the current problems) but we were doing pretty damn good overall.
now look at Bush... Where is our economy now.. how many of trillions is our deficit????? An Illegal war that has continued way past any reasoning and so on.......... And McCain is his clone.... continue the exact same.

Our previous and current Government....
create free trade.. cause outsourcing of almost all American jobs to other Countries because the big businesses can make so much more profit in a Country where people only make $5 per day.
then the Government has created the situation where thousands of Americans have no jobs. then Government relaxes all banking regs to allow free cash flow to people that can't pay it back, thus with the job losses created by our Governments decisions... all of these people also loose their homes and healthcare.
The Government creates a false war to spend trillions upon trillions while our People suffer loss of everything. (good thing the Government created such high unemployment so they had bodies to fill the need of the Military) easier to create an all volunteer army when the entire nation is starving and homeless!!!!
now the price of gas is almost x3, further robbing the American people.
ok,, for those who are left working... Tax their money before they ever see the paycheck,,, tax the same $ at the gas pump, at the grocery store, again if you buy cloths.... then the companies that make profit from our $ also have to pay tax on that same dollar, then anyone they buy from is taxed again.... get where this is going?? never ending cycle..

Thats my point also, not all look for the same qualities or types of partner. the political threads also shows who has the ability to think for themselves, who has conviction, who will fight for what they believe. who has the ability to really understand an issue. or who is just a puppet blindly following without thinking.
just like any other thread... things are learned.
So is getting to know how someone thinks isn't getting to now them Like.. it is ok to see what others think about silly stuff, but lets not hear about the serious.

here is how it works.. slightly different than you see it.
almost every state has regulations LIMITING how many "beds" are allowed in their state....for sick and elderly care. regardless of how many are needed!!! They stop hundreds of new facilities from being built.
This is why there are so many dying at home. almost all facilities are filled to the max and nowhere left for them to go.... And why.... because so many older folks are on medicaid/ medicare..... (a service that they have to pay for now)
the states will not allow more beds because it would mean that the medi systems will have to fork out more $$$ .
{I know exactly how this works because I have worked in nursing homes for many years- was in on the discussions about finances}
