man, some people don't understand prisons. Torture has been abolished in a modern society. To introduce it is a idiotic concept. Also accept there is a basis living standard now. To build a prison with less is plain dumb.
Then introduce a system of the strongest prisoner first or the man in the uniform first isn't integration. Teaching how to partake in current society by showing them the old ways?

You are exactly what i mean. The west has had a renaissance(enlightment?), where we made moral rules. Now they are systematic being broken by us(we). We are witch hunting for 'terrorists'. We are killing and imprisoning people without trial. Every rule is being bend. Sorry that i want a society with values i support before we start shooting. Now we break values so we can shoot.

No, the real threat to Westerners is Guantanomo Bay. The real threat is how we treated Hussain after his arrest. How we treated Kadhaffi before attacking him and when we caught him. How we illegally let Bin Laden been assassinated in a sovereign country by an armed militia.
So as a world; we need to improve the UN, and the security council. We need to act on Israel and act on ISIS and on Bush and Blair and Obama.
The current mission to ISIS in iraq and Syria have not been enforced by the security council so my opinion now is a no-go.

But most barbaric actions in iraq were the US+UK, with armed hired forces, drone strikes, illegal invasion, uranium shells, etc... the whole nation? belgium is 11million. so i went only till half.
The only trouble i have is with desolate places. australia is 23million heads for a huge island. there is plenty space left. why loose half the heads? You can't compare it to the crowded Philippines, Japan or West Europe.
Luckily it is only a wish. you also need the crowd to evolve into better things. more humans interactions and more stress will solve certain riddles and scientific challenges.
However i don't want to wish for 7 billion rich people.or happiness by consuming. Maybe the next wish would be interstellar travel and mass migration to colonize.
yes 3,5 billion. just every human gets 50percent chance. so 3,5 billion would remain. We would lose a lot of smart people and women. 5,5 million belgians less. half my street gone. half my family.
