wauw those are the baby boomers ripping the new generations off? We have that issue here. People that managed to pay for a house in 15 years are now profiting from the rising house prices and letting the youth pay twice as long for an old shack.
But i can buy like 3 regular houses here for that amount. Do you earn 3 times as much as us?
I always thought of buying and renting out. But you do need to plan it. Even an apartment here is near 200,000 euro. and rent is between 580 tot 1200 a month. It is still a long time to pay off an investment.
But better buy to rent but also collect money in the meantime.
I'm now dividing my house, and organising a studio in the backroom. hopefully it works
