if my son were willing and i had a job lined up before i moved then yes i would go.......that way i knew if the relationship didnt work out for any reason i would at least be able to land on my feet and take care of me and mine!

i have a friend who is an ex b/f who is like that.......he only dates women who need some kind of rescuing (with the exception of me) which is why we never worked. what he and so many others don't get.....if you are rescuing someone from a bad situation , most likely they aren't going to stick with you once they change........you will then become "transitional man/woman" until someone better comes along.

wow i didn't realize i'd been on here that long!(and no i'm not sayin that like it's bad either)

we started oct 27 and ended on Jan 7th.........not a lifetime, but a while ago lol
