i use to play the old fashioned D&D...........way back when lol

my first ex husband and i played with a bunch of his friends......they would come over after school(they were seniors in high school and i had graduated the year b4)and stay until time for school monday morning.

i didn't play much because these were guys who had been playing for years.....i subbed mainly when they were short handed.....and they didn't like me playin much cause i had good luck in the game.

usually my characters were elven was a wizard once...........but i don't remember a whole lot about it, i usually supplied chips and velveeta/rotell dip and bbq'd lil smokies and tacos and stuff they could eat while they played lol

they all loved me cause i kept em fed and didn't fuss that they never went to bed.

as far as coupons being less tacky............well it's easier to handle once your comfy in a relationship than before you establish a relationship.......................................kinda like findin out he leaves the mayo jar lid open every time he uses it; at first it annoys the p*ss outta ya, then you figure out this is his way and you learn to ignore it. (and no this is not a pet peeve of mine just an example)
