Turkey is getting our money anyway. What I meant was to establish hotspots in the refugee camps in those countries, where they can be screened before being allowed into Europe.
The hotspots in Greece and Italy should be restricted to the migrants already here in Europe.
More than 100.000 have gone through Slovenia - that is effing more than 10% of our population! There are reports on how many enter, how many leave....there is a gap between the two - god knows where those that disappeared have gone to and what goodies they are preparing for us
And the activists are still doing their bit: they have threatened to take our country to the court in Strassburgh, because the conditions in the reception centres are not good - as if such a small country can do anything proper for such numbers of people coming here!!! And these people are not grateful at all, they throw stones at our police, they set fire to camps, demolish beds, throw away food. And when things do not go the way they want, they push women and children (those rare ones that are with them) to the front line. I bet the humanitarians here, I won't name the names, are happy now, hmm awfully silent too

Update from Slovenia:
The mess on the broder with Croatia has been aleviated with the new way of handling migrants. Now Croatia sends migrants by trains directly to an agreed station in Slovenia. They get off the train to be registered, then they get on the train again and are transported to the Austrian border. This makes the whole process faster and easier to the migrants as they do not have to walk. However, as expected, there is a mess on the Austrian border now. Aerial footage of destruction after the migrants set fire to a camp on the border with Croatia.
Update from Slovenia: A new system of handling migrants has come into force last night. Now, Croatia sends them to Slovenia by train. They get off the train and are registered, then they get on the Slovenian train (something to do with different trails, I think) and are taken to the border with Austria. This has meant a relief on the border with Croatia but the crowd is big (possibly bigger?) on the Austrian border. This also makes it easier on the migrants as they do not have to walk or wait in camps and the whole thing is quicker - so I guess more will be coming.
We both agree that the flow needs to be stopped. BUT the suggestion you are giving is absurd: as you rightly say, as long as they believe they can reach the rich west they will be coming. SO THE ONLY THING IS FOR THIS RICH WEST TO effing do something about it not to dump them on Eastern Europe. What can be done is simple: a) use the asyulum system in the sense it was meant for! b) Provide for the refugees the bare minimum as in they get in their neighboring countries, c) do not give out permanent residence let alone citizenship.
To give the clear message about the changed policy: - Merkel needs to say loudly (advertise this all over ME) that NO ONE ENTERING GERMANY ILLEGALLY WILL BE ABLE TO STAY THERE. And Germany and the other rich should be consistent in sending everyone back. - deploy the navy ships to patrol the Mediterranean but NOT TO FISH PEOPLE OUT but to stop and make them return back. - build fences or whatever it takes along the borders with Turkey.
And about the liberal crap: who is stronger in the EU? It is obvious, so....it is the rich west that, for whatever reason, decided to invite the Eastern countries. As a weaker part in this stupid union (I voted against anyway) the EAST IS not here to take your garbage.
The alternative media gives the facts, and sometimes the real facts are even worse. These masses of people cross into our country every day. 1. Not all are from Syria, that is a fact. In fact the Syrians are in a minority. They are usually the few families coming in. These complain that the Afghans and Iraqis take all the food, they board the buses first and the families with children have to wait. Most registered here (more than 80%) claim not to have any documents. They are required to state their name, place of birth and date of birth - most men claim they were born on 1 January 1990!!!!
2. How to check that someone is a Syrian? Yeah, real simple - talk to them. Very clever solution, when you don't have tens of thousands of migrants to talk to, and the staff doing that is small. The police that are doing the registration are not linguists, the rare Syrians or people who can speak Arabic that live here are used when there are conflicts between groups of immigrants and for any other emergency. Anyone claiming s/he is from Syria can ask for asyulum. Also the ones admitting they are from Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran can claim asyulum. The concept of asylum is a joke.
3. security checks - how can these be done? no checks. In Sweden these security checks before a person is apporved asylum are very superficial, even if a clerk thinks there could be something fishy, they rarely report it to the Office of immigration because these clerks are assessed based on the number of applications they process. (I will try to find an article, which I posted here before)
4. ISIS fighters traveling by planes. I am not discarding this idea. However, the police (I have a friend who has been on the border for a while now) have noticed that in each mass (group) of migrants there is always a leader, a young man. No one in the group does anything without his approval, not even eat. My friend says it is amazing how these young men control their groups.
You can find some statistics on the composition of migrants and some other stuff on the official EUROSTAT page, EUROSTAT is the EU's office of statistics. And their statistics so far says that 70%migrants are men from the age of 25 to 45. What are these men doing here? Who will fight in their country?
Well, not sure if no disrespect was meant, but whatever. 1. You CANNOT ask that we take them in - we do not need them, we do not want them. What on earth do you mean we owe you???? For what? If we got something out of EU, you got something too.
2. you CANNOT expect the South/East to be a wall defending you against ME, or the dupming place where you will dupm people from outside the EU, no way. We don want that, plus to expect someone from ME to think of Slovenia when they think of Europe requires the same standard in that part of EU as in the today's rich western countries. This means that all the benefits and requirements set for these new-comers should be the same throughout Europe.

I completely agree with what you said about immigrants, I have shared links to what economists say about all immigration being a burden for the receiving country, regardless of how qualified the new force is (the Norwegian welfare and immigration report on the effects of immigration; the Swedish economist T. Sanandaji (or something similar, etc.) This flow of people/workers within the EU has not started because the East Europeans pushed for it! Your businesses got cheap, qualified labor, your countries got markets an god knows what else.

First: the Slavs are not a burden to west europe, if you guys hadn't have some interests, you wouldn't have enlarge the EU.
Second: the Slavs, and I gues you mean mostly the Polish, go to e.g. the UK to work! They do have skills you need.
Third: what friends are we???? The ones saying that these migrants should be shipped off directly to Germany are saying this because:
a) they have realized that Merkel does not listen to anyone b) their countries are being destroyed physically and financially because Merkel invited these people. If you invite someone to your home - then you don't make them go through hell to get to you. - and supposedly you know who you invite to your home, which Merkel obvsioulsy doesnt - you make people "walk" to your home, to only find out that ooops these are not the people we want here??? - Plus you know how many people you can have in your home, you don't invite too many and then demand that your neighbors take them in!!!
Yes, Scam, I think most of the problem would be solved. If you just lok at the situation now: no one wants to stay in Eeastern European countries - not because they wouldn't be safe but because of the money.
As for the bill of human rights and the Geneva convention: why is it only the West that has to respect these???? BS: - how many Palestinian refugees got Jordanian citizenship???? - how many have had the right to familiy reunification in those ME countries, so their whole extended families were brought to the country at the cost of the host nation? - Where in the documents you have mentioned does it say that a "refugee" can run through 12 countries to get the asylum with all the welfare goodies in one of the rich Western European countries?
The concept of "asylum" was introduced in the cold war, it was meant for politically persecuted individuals not masses of ordinary population!!!
The measures I mentioned originally, plus: - the navy on the outside borders of EU - not to fish people out of the sea but to bloody return them to whereever they came from.
How on earth can it be logical (Merkel?????) to let everyone come and then hunt them down and send them back?????
EU's main responsibility is to their own population not to whoever in the world decides to come here. As EU is full of BS, it is up to every country now to fend for herself. And Merkel should be stopped in making decisions for everyone.
Haha, our skiing resorts are still closed. There are a couple of spa resorts along the border wih Croatia, supposedly no tourists because of the migrants...I guess we are not as hospitable as the Swedes
