You know it is sick, a dirty old git like you depriving her of her youth, a potential love match and children. You are only on here taunting because you know it is wrong for oh so many reasons.
The way you describe it here reminds me of those online tests you can do with flashing patterns on the screen, then the page goes blank, but you still see the flashing images for about a minute after they are gone. Very much imprinted on the retina and the brain.
I know that long term memory affects how we later recall things, but not sure if it affects the images we later see like flashbacks. Maybe the images are more real because of that imprinting process.
I learned that in short term memory what we think we see is not always what we actually do see, but how we interpret it based on our personal experiences and what we consider the most important parts of what we are looking at. Police often have trouble with witnesses because of this.
Yeah I translated it to be something like any image or viewpoint imprinted on the brain, which, I suppose the back of the retina is responsible for, in a way, since that is how most messages/images get in there.....
The places, like the house where I was born, with its little rooms, won't come to mind without the people who lived there coming up too. So in one scenario I see a grown man holding a pair of little hands together tightly, with his foot on the back of her bent knees on a linoleum floor, her screaming, and him shouting say "Our Father"........
If it was due to skimming or undue attention (see, I read your comments), I, like everyone else, can only read the words that you put there, in the order you put them there. If you did not put in the proper punctuation or spelling, then how can you expect anyone to make positive judgements on you or form positive opinions of you.
Then you come out with statements that you don't care what they think, quite in contradiction of the fact you are writing a thread about it..........
By the way I never correct anyone's spellings.....only their opinions from time to time.......
Occasional glass of red wine with a meal or on an occasion such as a birthday or something. I rarely finish the glass though, sometimes not even half a glass.
I understand what you are saying here. I date people near and far but none, if any of them, meet my family if I am not entirely happy with them, and I'd have to know them for some considerable time before that would happen.
