RE: Noodle supper - delicious

Been down that road....have to eat to stay alive but can´t be bothered cooking. One of my solutions was....

Dice an onion, chuck into a frying pan with olive oil on a lowish heat.Wander off and do something else (go on CS?) for at least 20 minutes.

When you return the onion will be dark brown, crispy and caramelised.

Open a tin of beans (only Heinz will do) and mix in the caramelised onion.

Heat and serve.

That was then.

This is now.I have a reason to cook and share beautiful meals. So it´s chicken with ginger and garlic in oyster sauce amongst other things.Thank you Fleur for rekindling my interest in cooking kiss

RE: Happy Birthday Flower of the Sunshiney Snow!

She is far too modest to say so,but take a peek at the EU forums (Birthday girl thread) applause

Birthday girl

Phew.... Literally just got back from 5 days music festival in the mountains so feeling a little yawn to say the least and the typing is a bit dunno but we had a fantastic time with the gong playing/healing thingummyjigwotsit (too tired to think of a word, and maybe it has not been invented yet laugh )

Suffice to say we were spontaneously filmed for Spanish TV and worked our magic on more than a couple of people including a lady who innocently bought a chocolate brownie from a stand without realising that it had an extra ingredient from Morocco which took her somewhere she really did not want to go..... A short while with Flower´s healing energy and my Tibetan bowl and she was sleeping like a baby.

Gotta go --- Flower is on the other side of the room and has no idea I am posting...but just to let you all know.....tomorrow is her birthday...but dont tell anyone OK wink

RE: Burmese cyclone may have triggered China earthquake

Hi Kitty

A tropical cyclone that has matured to a severe intensity is called a hurricane when it occurs in the Atlantic Ocean or adjacent seas, a typhoon when it occurs in the Pacific Ocean or adjacent seas, or simply a cyclone or tropical cyclone when it occurs in the Indian Ocean region.

The name simply depends on where they occur.

RE: Is this a new trend??

We met here cheering and are still here on a daily basis. The forums are fun/stimulating/thought provoking/insert adjective of your choice.

We both made many friends here and would like to keep in touch.

There is a genuine "community" spirit here that is sadly lacking in the "real" world and on other sites.

With love to you all and hopes that you find that which you seek.............heart wings
