a few days ago a 17 year-old refugee from Afghanistan has seriously injured 4 people in train with ax - he lived in Germany for 1 year, he was placed in a care family, he had already an internship place, asylum procedure was almost done. Who pays that? I have two jobs to pay my bills and, of course,their to... and I should not be angry...
