I know, but it's too much work to sign in for double times, once you get in on mobil site & then switch the full site (because this is for ali110 now) CS conveniently located that button on the bottom to switch to full site, no need to travel to their office by bus, per ali110. But, you need to sign in again for that and that step I consider too much hassle , so, it's easier to refer by name instead of quoting the entire message like you all do.
Yes, I do realize that button! But, guess what, I use the mobil version of CS, not the full site, therefore, the subject button is not conveniently located on the mobil version, unless CS makes that accommodation for us.

Yes, it is amazing when you clearly see the motives behind it. 99.9% if not 100% are after your papers to land in US. Other than this, I see no other explanation when some of those emails keep coming from the same individuals that they use the same parrot lines that they most probably copied down from Google translation and they forget that same lines were mailed to you before. Well, if this is international dating line than we need to show our international side as well. When you say "open to American" I get it , they need to brush up on their grammar usage, specially when it comes to 3rd person singular, they go "he do" instead of "he does" and the list is long. Some (if not most) have no clue of the tenses, adverbs, adjectives, pronouns, nouns, etc. As to non-english speaking countries , we should worry less, because those folks put the effort to learn the language from the start and the product is positive.
