The over 50 are usually very wise..but they know that alot of times the youth look upin them as not knowing much..so they keep to themselves often...but they're aware..and wise,and knoiw whats going on.
A GRATITUDE List helps,for me anyways,combat negative feelings. I write the things I'm grateful for on the right side of a sheet..and things that are bothering me on the right,,and when I compare..it usual puts things in perspective.The left column far outweighs the right.
Just a suggestion Johnboy..mauybe if you went to the gym a bit more often..you'd get rid of that pent up anger..instead of coming one here..talking like an idiot.
