What I'M saying is sometimes I HAVE TO GO back to the past(not live in it)...but look at it,and deal with it so I CAN BE FREE TODAY,BECAUSE it's hard to live in 2011 if I'M CARRYING 1996-2007 ON MY BACK.
Physical pain usually heals,emotional,if not dealt with...will last a lifetime.
One of my friends was like that,had all the help available to him,everybody wanted to help him to heal emotionally and he told the world,'I don't want or need your help.'
And in the wise words of the great one..when somebody tells you that you CAN'T....YOU take all your FEARS...ALL YOUR INSECURITIES... ALL YOUR WORRIES....
Tell you what I'm gonna do this morning..I'm gonna go buy some tools,and every single person I pass by I'm gonna say...'Good morning....good morning..good morning...'
