I thought I was pretty generous....I didn't eat all the finger food,I mean,I didn't touch the mini rolled up hot dogs wrapped in dough...

as tempted as I was...

I have a six pack to protect, and white bread especially,is loaded with yeast.

They told me to leave AND I did,,after about 20 minutes..they had great finger foods...mini eggrolls..spare ribs,chopped egg sandwichs.

Just great.

I found them all pretty rude,when I LEFT THE party ..I waved goodnight to everybody..nobody waved back.

...and I thought to myself,what a bunch of party poopers.

I once crashed a party I wasn't invited to, I INVADED THEIR FRIDGE AND cracked open a can of Diet Coke WITHOUT THEIR permission but I'VE SINCE CHANGED MY WAYS.

I did say thanks after I DOWNED THE CAN ....

They were quite angry with me..but.

POWERLIFTING 101

And not that I'm bragging,because I'm humble....

but my lifts were as follows yesterday at Monster..

3 sets of 3 reps on the squat rack....1210 pounds.

2 reps of 2 on benchpress 650 pounds..

went easy on the deadlifts..

2 reps of 3... 460 pounds.

Alot of people don't want to face themselves,reflect on themselves, because they've built layers of masks...a false self...

and its hard to take off the masks sometimes...and discover who they are.

And what's even scarier for them,is if somebody else sees through their mask,and sees them for who they really are.

It's always easier to reflect on yourself though if you have somebody who sees behind your mask,helps you take it off,and loves you anyways.
