Being the over intelligent compost that I am I think i will regret the fact that I have been eating too much junk food of late, and in so doing i won't be aiding the worms nutritional and digestive need as well as I could.

Well since you started working on your time machine a few years have passed, so it sort of works..... kinda! might have to do a few more adjustment to travel back though!
