Laying a patio is a very important skill.
You'd never know when you'd have to bury something in a hurry devil

RE: Stuff I'm rubbish at...

I'd say out, eggs aren't meant to be stored in a fridge. Free range eggs have a better taste & the shell is easier to crack though.

RE: A Song That Tells A Good Story

Just had another listen to that.
Old Dire Straits music always had a good story to it. Pity the newer stuff is a bit bland.
Some Linkin Park has a music has a story, abet in a dark kind of way.

RE: A Song That Tells A Good Story

Dire Straits. Telegraph Road.
It's long @ 15 mins but a good story.

Lyrics on screen.

RE: Meghan Merkle

To someone that comes across as being so anti-Irish, does it not disgust you that someone with traces of Irish ancestry is married to a royal?

Without the title you'd have called her just another black Irish gold digger?

RE: Proud to be European.................

Can't say I'm disappointed with your reply.
It's pretty much all I'd expect from you.

RE: Galway meet...

Do you think it would be wise to show him the training video before he starts????

RE: Proud to be European.................

Can't say about London or Scotland. This is really only demographics of where the voting occured & why who voted for what.
The N.I vote came from only UK citizens (Irish in NI wouldn't have a vote) & the result was hardly surprising.
You have to understand that they voted to remain in Europe,it wasn't never about breaking away from the UK & aligning with the Republic.

Main factors,I'd imagine, EU puts a lot of money in to NI,especially agriculture.
A lot of people there feel that the UK would abandon them in a heartbeat, it's a big drain on UK finances. But mostly, the damned border.

Honestly,NOBODY, north or south, cath or prod, would ever want to go back to those days.

Maybe if the UK were able to address their emigration/immigration issues especially with regards to the number of illegals, Brexit may never have arisen? Just a thought.

RE: Proud to be European.................

Don't know if I should take you too seriously, seeing as half your post was devoted to a mistypelaugh
Sorry man, I wasn't able decipher the last sentence either.

Can't see where I ever said that N.I. wasn't part of the U.K.. If you can find it, you might be kind enough to let me know.

Post #44, read it. I contradicted Aries on one of his regularly factually incorrect statements & his best deflection was to teach me Irish history. No more,no less.

Anything else that you,or anyone else, infers from that is down to yourselves.

RE: Proud to be European.................

The subject, that YOU brought up, is Irish history. I can promise you that you know nothing about, because if you did, you really should too embarassed to mention it.

The other fact, (N.I woting to stay in the E.U.) you're staying strangely quiet about. Now be a good boy & publicly apologise to all the U.K citizens in N.I. for spreading lies in order to suit your own agenda.
Do Scotland as well while you're at it.
