I haven't guessed therefore I ask: why are you not "the first mover"? Is it wrong to expect a man to be the "first mover" in initiating a contact btw a man and a woman? Why? And why so? And why not?
Then, per se, you'd like a woman to make the first move (whatever it means). Does it work? (The OP covers the subject, s'il vous plait).
The main question is: what would you prefer in terms of movement?
We live in the patriarchy society, still - some like it, some don't. Nonetheless, the man is supposed the make the first move. Is it right? Is it wrong?
- Do you want a man to make the first move? Why? - Do you want a woman to make the first move? Why? - Does it matter to you who does the first move?
A few years ago, I’ve been hospitalized. I shared a room with 3 other women and one of them had a cat, which we learned about from her phone conversations with her brother. The woman was single and had her brother come from another town to look after her cat while she was in the hospital.
The brother couldn’t stay long and couldn’t take the cat with him. And we heard the woman screaming into the phone: “Will you get her (the cat) executed only because I have to stay here (in the hospital) for a few days more? She’s young and healthy! It’s about a few more days!”
The female patients united with the nurses and found a temporary home for this cat. For a couple of weeks, it was understood. Meanwhile, the woman was deteriorating and she died within 4 days afterwards. I do not know what happened to the cat. A couple of weeks isn’t the same as taking over the responsibilities for someone’s animal.
Long story short: I gave myself a word that I am not going to get a cat as long as I don’t have a back-up. Right now I don’t. If I die, I’ll die without worrying for my cat’s fate.
Well... you are not suffering the "conflict". Whatever you are suffering is not the war.
You are not directly involved... Depends on who you mean as "we". Tories, the current ruling party, is awashed by Russian money. It costs 3 mils to get a UK peerage and Lebedev calls his dog Boris.
Yóu are not directly involved. The people, that you call your government, are.
I am more concerned about Russian public being indifferent to the current situation: food cost is rising, workers are made redundant, it's not possible to buy USD or EUR. And people ask questions: "Why? What happened?".
It's bloody fifty-nth day of war! They ask: "what happened?"
They say that Moskva is the first flagship lost since the battle of Tsusima, that happened at the end of May 1905, more than a century ago. And the Japanese had a naval fleet, which the Ukrainians don't.
The volume of the embarrassment can't be overstated. And still, I'm Russian and it made me sad. For the first, this absolutely horrible unnecessary war. And for the second, the loss of life. From both sides.
The flagship of Russian Black sea navy lost to the country with no navy.
Worth 750 million USD, they say. A lot in washing machines, if you think about it. Or schools. Or hospitals. Or modern convenient houses. Or... But who counts?
Russian troops in Mariupol prohibit burying civilian casualties and exhume bodies that were buried earlier
"According to Mariupol mayor Vadym Boychenko, over 10,000 civilians have been killed during the city's siege. The final death toll may well exceed 20,000, as “bodies carpet the streets”. The Russian military has been blocking access for humanitarian convoys for weeks, trying to prevent the world from knowing the actual state of affairs in the city, says the mayor"
The first move
Well... consider their level of social anxiety and regard yourself as normal :)Then make a move.
THE MOVE!!!
