Though, and it's well known, that - there's a chock of research that shows physical exercise lows blood sugar. - there's some research that shows that meditation lows blood sugar (via normalising hormone level, insulin is a hormon.) - there's a lot of research that shows that a diet on non-starchy vegetables lows blood sugar (and blood pressure).
Diabetes type II is life-style disease. When achieved, it's irreversible. But there are measures you can take to relieve the symptoms. As cooking your food from scratch.
I'd recommend to start with Qigong and proceed from that.
It makes difference for me: not wanting to run with the crowd just because of I-am-so-exceptional Fronde-like attitude about yourself - is one thing. Not wanting to run with the crowd because I've made some reading on the matter and formed my own opinion - is quite another.
Fronde is pathetic and useless. Informed individuals - when many enough - is a powerful opposition. Né?
After a quick check of Duck Duck Go I've found that it leads to the very same sources as Google: BBC, CNN, Washington Post. The only consolation - it doesn't track your activity. Or so it claims.
Though, you didn't reveal yóur primary source of information. (I'm curious about what the clever people read.)
Your method is sane, but it is also very time-consuming. Is there some kind of fast BS-filtre? (Common sense and intuition... well... I have my doubts...)
Our day and age, there is an enormous supply of information. Source matters for me.
What’s your main source of information? Why did you choose it? Do you believe at once what you read just because you believe the source? Or do you try to cross-check / verify it in some way?
Is it important to you what source of information your partner has?
Agree. Parenthood is a lot more than just providing genetic material. It's a long-term full-pelt commitment. If someone lived a childless life until 50, it's wise to continue to do so, methinks.
RE: people simply don't care if you beat mental illness or not..!
Why should they care if they are not your psychiatrists?
