Please do not think you can guess anyone else situation. You cannot. I'll give you my example. My family are deceased, lost a business and my family. I've had to cancel my plans to relocate to another part of Europe, to start a new life. Basically restarting life over from scratch!
This may sound trite, but life is what you make it. It doesn't matter how ill, rich, or upset you are, you have to deal with it.
The key is YOU have to deal with it. Posting on a website and just stating nobody understands won't address anything.
When I came back from Malta and managed to somehow pick up Pneumonia and nearly died, some on the website, some doctors in particular were very helpful.
I took the advice on antibiotics, the risks of some (such as Blindness) and Chronic Fatigue. All that is over and done with now, but if I didn't mention it and be open to advice and take it in the spirit it's offered in then that is your affair.
I took a different approach, but if anger helps you, go for it.
I only came back to the site yesterday. It seems very few people now even use the forums.
Actually you'll see more life in a puddle if you look closely enough. I had no idea it's gone this far downhill.
It's probably because the site allowed some to treat the site as their own personal stamping crowd, and didn't flush out the real trouble makers long ago. There's on so long before people give up, and I guess the majority went elsewhere.

You need someone professional to speak to. The main thing I think if for you to something that you find rewarding, which I'm trying to do myself (Which isn't easy in itself).
Let the medical people do their thing. Find a reason to carry on and you'll appreciate the things you have, and the relationships you have with people.
Remember, your not alone. There are others you can share your journey with, and learning to be happy in your own skin is a skill in itself.
You hang on in there. There's plenty of help if your good with computers that for example charities would love you to volunteer to help them.
I'm going to volunteer at the local zoo, and however unhappy I am, seeing those large animals and them being genuinely happy to see me is worth way more than a few words from a complete stranger on the internet.

I'll give you a perfect example of behaviour on the website, that is probably most peoples experience of the website.
Notice I have no Photo, that is primarily to weed out scammers. But you can bet I'll get email at some point about my smile or "Look". There's a clue right there that the email isn't even genuine.
Anyway, On the basis I've been back on the website for one day, I responded to a flower i got today in the last hour from an Afro-Caribbean lady living in Hong Kong. I'm not saying it's unusual for Afro-Caribbean people to live in Hong Kong, but if they flowered you, and you replied to them in normal language etc , you'd expect some sort of reply.

Not much hint of a conversation there! I mean, it maybe a real person, but it's more than likely it's not a real person, and not the person who the picture belongs to.
Am I bothered? No. It's normal on the Internet. I simply reply to be polite and you never know some people out there are normal, who even contact you without profile pictures. I know, I dated just one person from this site, and she contacted me without a profile picture!
There's nothing wrong with honesty. The main thing I would be worried about with you through is your pet Bear. You look nice and friendly, but the bear I can't be sure about, and i have a thing about claws in my buttocks.

Your more likely to bump into someone you like in the supermarket. With this in mind i may try dressing up like Borat in his swimming suit and hang out at my local Tescos while rubbing Avocado's on my thighs.
That's bound to attract women. (Or get me thrown out of the store and arrested for messing with Veggies).
Wade through all the fake profiles, then filter out the ones you find physically unattractive and then think of that as a starting point.
Then from experience gauge how many of them maybe honest, then factor in your level of attractiveness and then eventually you'll get to the point where it's almost like the "Drake Equation".
I've lost count of the scammers and fake accounts I've seen, and just popped back to the site yesterday after an absence of at least a year.
Trust me, If your hoping for miracles here, you are more likely to meet a space alien rather than your ideal mate. You may however meet some nice people, get a date here and there, but it's just a segment of society, and lots of them are just here to burn time because of boredom.

Yes. Obsessives is the short answer! I had no end of grief with a mad Scottish woman making remarks about my appearance.
It wasn't negative, but I think she was surprised when I did post a picture or two then she kept going on and on and on about my appearance.
I mean, If anyone like me they can get in touch and we can chat over skype and you can see what I look like! The camera will reveal no hidden dungeon, no decomposing headless corpses, no hidden wife or girlfriend and more than likely you'll see the orange beast who live with me.

Some of us men are fed up with mad people! The site is full of frauds though, I just happen to be a real man who had real grief and I certainly don't want more!

Try a trip to Vienna. The Hungarian women there are friendlier! In fact if you talk to women in Austria there way happier that you actually talk, as the Austrian men are quite withdrawn until they have a few drinks in them.
Smile more, and as suggested learn the language. Being a Brit abroad isn't all sunshine, and it's not their job to come up to you and demand a relationship. Right, when i was young i saw something i cant explain, nor rationally explain involving a very angry dog.
It must of been approximately 1982, or possibly earlier.....and being an adult now, the explanation i would give would be temporary dysfunction of my frontal lobes, by say electrical, neurological or chemical means.
