The tutorial book has so far sold over two million copies around the world."

The man couldn't swim, he was only a few metres from safety, but... he had no intention of being in the water that day. A simple slip would have ended in a bit of a laugh...had he been able to swim.
There are so many micro breweries producing the finest beer to be found. None of these would be on your list, in fact all those listed I would steer clear of......especially as I've just enjoyed a couple of pints of Congletons Beartown breweries Bearskinful...

It was probably done the same way as the Elvis one. It's called Rotoscoping.
Rotoscoping allows you to take one image from a pre-existing piece of video and puts him a whole new environment, but as I mentioned earlier, this has to be projected onto a screen, the Tupac show was a hologram of the performer on stage.
It seems the audience in the Elvis show could only see him if they watched the screens at the side of the stage, whereas in the Tupac show he was there in full view of the audience.
