RE: check out who has made the most threads on CS...LOL

Assuming it takes around 5 minutes to post a thread, that would mean you've spent about 73 days of your life posting threads on cs...wow

It was a joke, many Europeans refer to the uk as "the land of fish and chips and warm beer."

RE: Antalya travel partner from 31 July

It's a beautiful place V, used by 'round the world backpackers' mainly Americans, Canadians, Aussis and Kiwi's. People sit around and chat about their travel experiences during the evenings and by day there is a wonderful beach set on the beautiful Turquoise Coast just half a mile away.

Very cheap to stay there also...thumbs up

RE: over load of information in your mind?

Yes, 'unrestrained cognition' can sometimes be experienced after strong doses of psilocybin or lsd. Recent research has found deep inside the brain we have kind of filter which restricts brain overload. It seems psychedelic drugs can have the effect of opening this filter allowing information to come flooding through. It's also thought that people who we would consider to be genius's (or sometimes mad) have a similar form of unrestrained cognition with their 'filter' much less restricted than that of an average person.

RE: Antalya travel partner from 31 July

I found Antalya to be an unattractive sprawling city, overloaded with traffic and too much pollution. Much better to travel an hour or so west and vist the tree houses at Olympos for perfect peace and tranquility...this is a link to one of the best tree house sites in the valleythumbs up

RE: i thought there was no God until .....

"When we take the gods as facts, rather than metaphors, then we get lost in debating the merits of the facts rather than apprehending their meaning. The fundamentalist ties his or her beliefs to the facts and narrows the spiritual vitality by fighting rear-guard actions against disputation. On the other hand, the atheist disputes the evidence, gets confused by the institutional forms to which he or she has been exposed, and misses the possible deepening which occurs whenever one confronts the meaning of divinity."

RE: Who do you miss?

Summeruk has been back a few times under different names, but she gets booted within a few hours. Someone obviously bears a grudge and must be reporting her each time.
