Maybe one day when I have time . I can assure you that cows milk is as healthy as the alternatives . Other non dairy milks were created for vegetarians, or those who have allergies. That doesn’t render them healthier .
I was just saying that the healthy eating industry is worth billions.. Protein can be found in meat & fish.. alternative milks are no heather that ordinary cows milk . In other words .. You can get all the goodness & vitamins from a good home cooked meal , than any heath product available on the market .
I wanted to make a thread on healthy snacks/ protein shakes & how they are not so healthy.. most Hide sugar contents with numbers , but I don’t think I have the audience.
A temporary insanity is a quote someone said , in regards to love . I agree , people have to learn through experience, but the real dumb ones are those who repeat the same mistakes.
All I see is negativity on the forums , with the exception of one or two .. Don’t become one of them , or you’ll be deported to the USA and be sentenced to live with bacon for your punishment
I wouldn’t insult a women because she’s a woman . I’d probably insult , if that’s the right word , because I disagree with her , irrespective of gender . And that’s my contribution to equality .
