hmmm If you are 100% sure of what u saw and know then it makes sense to tell cos she would better know now than be sorry later. But if there is even the slight chance that its a hearsay or speculation .. then think twice.
I dont expect honesty cos when you are friends a lot of it is understood. But there is also some amount of personal pace that needs to be given and hence 100% honesty all the time is not something i would make mandatory.
I think its not right to have a it is this or it is that opinion on this issue. It depends from person to person depending on their situation and how things led to where they did. Nope i am not trying to justify anyone but simply the fact that everyone is human and subject to folly. So is the person who is made to suffer the situation and thus has a choice to forgive or leave their partner.
But I would not say the third person has no morals or ethics. Its too generalized a statement which makes a very strong remark on another person. It simply depends on the ones involved and their situation.
