Thats a really good thing to do-Greece deserves to be rescued, especially because its not peoples fault whats happening here. But for sure the guilty ones will continue to live a rich and happy life ever after
I believe that happiness are tiny pieces we pick up in our lifes, happiness isn't a constant condition. But if we look well we can find lots of those little pieces which give us moments of happiness ,we just have to look for them and we have to be carefull not to miss them on our way.
Had 4 of my five children still being very small, when a earthquake happened-didn't know how to carry the 4 of them alltogether, couldn't hold them, decided not to take any and stayed with them inside the house under a table-problem was solved, no evacuation since than, staying where I am, don't need to decide what to take with me that way.
But being confident etc. means we have more possibilities to solve a problem to have ideas for solutions. If we approach a problem with negative thoughts we'll never be able to find a way out of it. My believe is, we need a positive outlook to be able to face all the difficulties we meet in our life and there are certainly enough of them.
I think its a matter of time and mood. Sometimes we want to tell somebody spontanioulsly and fast whats on our mind, than we make a phone call. Othertimes we want to have the possibility to think things over and to be more carefull what we say and how we say it-well we wirte a letter.Since I am a person who acts usually spontanious, I prefer the phone. Have a nice sunday!
Och, now I am really jealous-no snow here, would love to walk in snow again, and have a nice walk in it-its one of the things I miss here in Greece, especially near Athens,no snow and if there are falling 1 or 2 flakes, electricity is off, no streets, no nothing-everything gets out of order.......
Seems to be your lucky one-what counts is that fabulous things happen in your life-enjoy them, be happy and every beautifull song is wellcome to accompany this great time you pass right now!I wish you all 2010 to go on like that! Its so good to hear great things happen to somebody-not allways misery and problems-just be happy, just enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Happy New Year to you Smoky and everybody else in here! Hope you had a unforgetable night there on your tables,I am sure you impressed all the humble Swiss people there, who had the honour to be with you in the same place. Here in Greece the last day of the year was so beautifull that I went for a last swim for 2009. If I pass my hangover today, I'll start the new year in the same way.
I would explain my situation and if they really are your loved ones, they will understand. If I can't go out-well I would call people to my place offering just what I have-the real friends will like it.
You are wrong Smoky-I did vote for Conrad!Just forgot to write about it!Wouldn't want to be kissed by somebody in the age of my sons-haha-lots of kissing going on those days anyway.
Havn't started yet and since there is no money-I won't start at all. Everybody needs to be satisfied with my love, thats all I have to offer this year and I have enough of it.I am sure my children will apreciate it, even if it doesn't cost a fortune.
The alarm of my car went on and couldn't be stopped in any way-drove around with the alarm on like a crazy-at the end I cut the wire off-now I need to go to fix everything tomorrow at an electician-will cost lots of money, it it enough to make me grumpy today and tomorrow
We Grannys ARE a gift anyway-we don't need to give anything anymore-we are the safest place for the grandchildren, what more can we offer?I think our presence and help all over the year should be gift enough!
