Not really. We get 10 cents for every drink can/bottle, so you don't see so many laying about the place any more.
Other than that, we have 2 bins, one gets buried here at an abandoned quarry (dry waste), and the other is transported a hundred or so km to be buried elsewhere (wet waste).
I save my copper and cash it in at the scrappy, and lead, copper and brass pay alright.
Well I kind of have no problem with that, search my house or whatever, but search every body elses house too, because the main thing is to find out what's going on. It isn't always what seems obvious.
The body cameras of the rescuing policemen showed a clean calm child, giving some hope that nothing truly horrible occurred. They only kept her in hospital over night, which hopefully indicates nothing bad It is a miracle.
Such an act, clearly involves mental illness and quite likely methamphetamines. 36 year old indigenous man, could easily be 3rd generation FASD. Will cost millions each year for many years to incarcerate him, and when he's released he'll be the same broken person that's a danger to society.
I admit I rope it in a bit, say no higher than 6 out of ten on the interesting scale. Though I thought it was because you lot are all morons, but it turns out that's only half the story.
The fact is, women are less likely to select the highest quality salami, because they don't usually give all the smallgoods a good squeeze to check the firmness. So if you see a woman with a salami in each hand and one in her mouth, chances are she's up for it.
That side of the royals is no good, and never will be. Just be ongoing baggage and no doubt do more stupid things. Time to cut this gronk and his half baked wife loose.
RE: Do you recycle?
Allowing for currency conversion, it's about the same. In the big cities, real estate is very expensive, and wages are higher.I cash my cans and bottles in every so often, and buy a 6 pack or two of beer. It has greatly reduced littering (not by myself, but in general).
