I think we should all take a step back and think about things. If you send my underpants back, I'll feel obligated to send hers back to her, and from what I can gather she's pretty shifty and would most likely send you another pair of mine. So, there are a few choices to make- either we continue as things are, constantly stealing each other's underpants, have a total amnesty and return things to how they were pre covid, or just let bygones be bygones and call a truce.
Either way, Aunt Edna has been calling from the nursing home asking where her high cut briefs have gone.

I doubt you'd get a straight answer from an American or British person...
American people seem more outgoing, can be seen as friendlier, or can be seen as loudmouth and brash. Americans tend to compare everything with America, British people seem to accept things as they are, but would certainly win the olympics for whingeing.
I haven't really had much to do with American or British women. I'm sure there are good and bad in both... I'm sure there are some lovely women in Pakistan too.
...And that's before we even get to the situation regarding candles on birthday cakes, Of course I'm thinking a kindly relative with emphysema in their 80's... All those candles, only 3 get blown out by the birthday person, they may have a very important wish, but no... Sorry, can't help. I don't blow other peoples candles out. Suck it up princess.
Well, not that I'm a candle blower outer or anything, but scientifically if there are two candles burning in the same room and one gets blown out, the remaining burning candle will seem heaps brighter.
I don't like it any more than you, but that's just how it goes.
Could you please tell your grape-peeler to stop putting the skins around the base of the lime tree in your front yard? They're unsightly and are attracting vermin to the area. Just tell the mongrel thing to put them in the rubbish bin like everyone else does.
Think about it, if the entire world had a lefty at the exact same time, it's possible the tilt of Earth would change. Possibly the entire orbit would change, including the direction of rotation.
It's quite mind boggling, but if we all pull together great things might be achieved.
I'm thinking some pictures would liven the place up. Nothing too fancy though, maybe folding some towels or trying to open a jar of spaghetti sauce with wet hands.
