hypothetical ! Okay , thanks for the interesting thread . Because it's make me wonder about it and asking myself what if I am in such a situation? How many people will listen to me ? Do they will give me a chance? what about the people in this situation? How they are living? The thread is worth wonder about it If the person is a parent or young well educated but because of a one mistake his or her career is destroyed forever and can not get a job . It's depending on his background Do you see changes in him ?Negative /positive? Is he from stable family? what type of Crime he committed? are you able to explain to him that you already have the right to not hiring him because of what you knew about him and you are just giving him a rare chance that he is not deserve it in the eyes of others ? Do you have the ability to watch him during work hours ? .......... Society is not a God or community of Angels at the end , taking the risk is kind of showing kindness in this case Good luck
