here's a random thought.... "Do not mix my personality and my attitude .....personality thats who I am but my attitude depends on who you are interacting with
People don’t say this enough. We take so many things for granted these days that we don't even consider them. You can say thank you to anyone, and they’ll be happy someone appreciates their work. Think of how hard your job is, and it’s not easier for other people
That is usually the after shocked effect either u respond still "dumb bell" on the situation or just laugh at yourself then use your education as such....
For instance in a customer service and sometimes instead of asking them if they are finding everything okay because that's a yes or no answer. I'll ask how are they doing today? And most of the time that opens them up to a conversion that I feel brightens their day and make them feel good
