Getting up on a Sunny Saturday is beautiful as the sunrise shines brightly on my terrace....wow a good vibes to start my Saturday routine from cleaning doing laundry grocery then at the end of the day U made something great ....watching movies with boys that closes my Saturday

Just these 4 words can give someone the last ray of hope that they might've been looking for, for a long long time. Lending a listening ear and a helping hand, or maybe only offering (genuinely) to lend one might save a life!

There are multiple ways of saying this - some are more or less than 5 words, but that's my standard question when I become aware that someone is in distress.

Me offering to listen doesn't change a person's life - but them venting all the things that are bothering them can sometimes help them come to a decision about what they want to do. Sometimes, encouraging someone to explain what's wrong to me helps them to clarify the problem in their own mind.

Sometimes, knowing someone cares enough to listen can make a person feel a little bit better and give a little bit of strength and hope
