For starter's there is the Hudson Bay Company then just look at a map of Canada and you will see the history of the Celts in that continent,like building the Canadian Pacific railway etc! which joined the east to the west,the Celts made friends with the aboriginals ( native Canadians ) and never had any conflict with them and to this day there is mutual respect between both peoples which is a rare thing to find in the UK! of which I hope my country ( Scotland ) will be separating from in the near future anyway gilly dont you worry you will always be welcome here,God bless

How sad is your education even I know that there are many Canadian regiments that wear the Scottish uniform and have the same traditions and even the Irish wear kilts with pride so why do you slag the kilt? I guess you must be an anglo saxon lass so why do you not go to Afganistan in your knickers and drop them and scare the Taliban away!
