I ask, ‘what is respect for women?’ because it is a genuine head-scratcher. Is it some universal way men must behave towards women - WOMEN?; that is not to say ‘a woman of particular merit, grace or personal qualities that command respect, but ALL women by virtue of merely being women?
I don’t see why, really? Hence I ask ‘What is respect for woman?; not in the derogatory sense, but in the philosophical.
There was this one on here, Shenleelee or something. And then there was this girl, yumie, who I fed a Charles Manson Jailhouse Rap and then she almost obeyed my every command . . .
When two people look at each other and there is a feeling of 'love at first sight', and they start to look at each other more and more, and the conviction grows between the two . . .
We have evolution at work . . .
Love at first sight . . .
Nope, the only thing it can be is a powerful physical/genetic attraction . . .
I am in Cyprus, where you see some stupid things going on sometimes.
Today there was a cyclist flanking a woman's car and a junction coming up on the left across which the cyclist was clearly going to cycle and she indicated and just turned straight into the junction and into him.
First of all, she should have been behind the cyclist (you never drive with a cyclist on your flank but move out and overtake or slowdown and drive behind ). . . let alone turn into a fricken juntion with one on your flank . . .
I am an advanced driver now, another step ahead of my 'fellow man' . . . may he forever taste the caustic dust of my academic heel!
Yes, and ladies this is something that really upsets me:
Mothers who push prams into the road when they are waiting to cross. Check that it is safe first, with the pram on the curb next to you, and then wheel it across without rushing when you are free to go . . .
Really, you wouldn't belive how many women do this . . . . . . it makes me loose faith in the female mind . . .
Listen kids, if you want to embrace rebellious self-centred irreligious teachings then you are better off becoming a disciple of Nietzsche. Read ‘Thus Spake Zaruthustra’ and ‘Beyond Good & Evil’ Half the satanic nonsense is inspired by Nietzsche’s Zarathustra anyway. You read Zarathustra, you’ll come away irreligious and with a philosophy of pure ego and will to power. This is what it’s all about. Christianity and most religious movements embrace selflessness and denial of the will to live, Satanism embraces self-centeredness and affirmation of the will to live. Leave the satanic bible written in 1969 to the fools who follow it. Trust me, my friends, everything you are looking for in ‘Satanism’ so called is contained in its pure form in Thus Spake Zarathustra. And perhaps also Machiavelli’s The Prince (though this was written in the 1600s and this must be remembered at all times when reading it). Basically, though, all wars, genocides and inhumanity to inhumanity is affirmation of the will to live and the expression of will to power. Tread cautiously.
Well, in that case a FALSE conclusion can be drawn from a true premise. In fact, that is what Mike has been doing. His proofs are false conclusions drawn from true premises
No, because unless I have misunderstood, B is saying that all factors must be true 'from premise to conclusion' for the conclusion to be true - well that is just incorrect, I am afraid, and also overlooks the fundamental rule of logic: a true conclusion can follow from a false-premise (nine times out of ten, it does).
'all factors must follow and be true, from premise to conclusion, for the conclusion to be true as well' wrong old boy
'all factors must follow and be true, from premise to conclusion, for the conclusion to be true as well' - Bnatural
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No, you're very very mistaken I'm afraid, old boy. 'from premise to conclusion'? Logical rule: a true conclusion can follow from a false-premise (and more often than not, will)
RE: Whilst a lot of people on CS are good people .....
Greetings old boy.I had a girl for a while, but I could only keep up the façade for so long and she realised I was a narcissist and left me.
Ha ha.
