Absolutely. Here is where the death penalty should be implemented without argument. If one is convicted of a crime or crimes against humanity of the most heinous, inhuman kind that merit a term or terms of imprisonment well beyond the span of human life, they should be executed: forfeiture of life.
And it is in NO WAY inhuman or barbaric to lie down on a bed and be put to sleep. Almost all of us will most certainly die a far more painful death!!!

It is NOT a punishment, it is a forfeiture of life. It is not murder, it is removing someone from their earthly concerns - and people like them from ours!!!
There are people sitting in prison serving over 600 year sentences today in the most pathetic dilemma of law and enforcement in history!

You ARE talking about metaphysics.
I.e. Based on the evidence given, I am inclined to believe Dr Arthur Schopenhauer’s concept of the indestructibility of our essential being by death. That is a metaphysical essay with a metaphysical conclusion. That is to say, that it is true – ultimately remains to be seen.
He believed that the cat you see running around in your back garden is the same cat that has always been running around since the essence of its being first came into existence in whatever form. But, ultimately, who knows?
Metaphysics is not something 'false' per se, it is something real, felt, spiritual, supernatural, experienced, but cannot be physically explained. The soul is metaphysical and, say for instance, if someone were to write an essay on the soul and its relation to reality it would be a metaphysical essay and its assertions and conclusions would be 'metaphysical.'
We must be careful to make assertions based on metaphysics or listen to them and take them as facts and everything following from them as facts. Just be careful, is all we must be.
Otherwise we just start or follow another fanatic religion or movement believing every word and interpretation of it to be true.

Thus many ‘factual’ concepts can come from it even though it is not in itself factual. Yeah, all that is true dude. The only real-life friend I have is a man who has tried to hang himself on more than one occasion, and has 60% auto-mutilation of the body like no one I have ever seen. And an IQ of 146. He is a self-learned philosopher, Historian, pessimist of the highest order, and a narcissist who makes me look like Jesus. And we get along very well.
I only relate to such people (er . . .person) . . . the kind the goody-goody, universal-love types despised for being born and picked on when they were kids because they wore glasses and were born with slight autism and an eye defect and were heavily opinionated ‘problem types’ and no one wanted to even talk to them and made them feel inhuman and an outcast.

It is clear we are not all the same and some of us are very sensitive to sound. I do not believe this is from Dyslexia or Attention Deficit Disorder, since Immanuel Kant, Goethe, Lichtenberg, Jean Paul and many other great thinkers/artists were so sensitive to sound they said it tormented them all their life and some even that it ‘tortured’ them. It depends how deeply and intently you study and think about what you study, as far as I feel. The quieter, the better!!! Who would want to study in a noisy environment!?
