I have moved so many times in my life, I quit counting,(over 800)
I always check a place out or area before I move, google is great for that, pics too.
I dont think I ever "fit" in...I just boinged myself there and went with the flow.
Some provinces are more adaptable than others, just like life itself..
Ive never had any reason to stay in one place so was easy to pull up all roots and go.
Always took care of bizzness beforehand though. Never burn bridges!
Canada has some pretty wicked places to see and visit, and lots of friendly people.
Depends what your into really..
Laws here are wee bit more relaxed

In answer to your thread.
I have travelled across Canada quite extensively in the past
One end to the other..never really laid down roots so to speak

It is dam cold up here though..-40 a week ago for like 2 weeks every winter here
If you decide up here...get yourself some all weather clothes

Seriously though, Ive never been USA side, but Canada has some awesome scenic provinces
