Fish and any seafood is also bad for you as it contains a lot of mercury!
Apart from health risks.. I decided to be a vegetarian...no meat and no fish whatsoever!...and I've been doing so for some time now for other purposes.
First. I'm against the killing of animals!!
Secondmy... eating meat lowers your frequency level!
Well...the grass is certainly greener for the horses I'm working with as they keep breaking their fences when they see a patch of grass over the road..
It is in our natural instinct to want something that is unavailable!
