I am rather sceptical but i'll try to not judge, you may be intersted in looking into ' the healing touch' aka reki or reike i'm not sure how its spelling is but if you search for the healing touch you will find somthing on that art.
If you remove hydrogen from water then water is not the byproduct. The byproduct would be oxygen , a flamable gas that is 88% of water. Why not use the oxygen also? In a oxygen pure atmosphere anything will burn. A gallon of water contains a lot of gas and is easily seperated into hydrogen and oxygen. The problem is that is easily aquired and abundant.
It's a hoax , oddly I herd that it was a hoax before the stories were even posted. They are promoting some stupid radio show. The cop that was on leave has been fired. They are watering down gas with ethanol so there is less avalible for diesal. The spike in fuel prices is a crock of crap. My next car is going to be electric, F the gas companys and their greed.

My brotherinlaw used to work for a factory that produced electric wheelechairs, they had a request for one that did 35 mph, I had woundered why but I think I know why now.
The nursing home is no good, women tend to outlive men so there will be a bunch of women there compeating for the men that still have there real teeth. I suggest the club method , find a good one (that has his own real teeth) and club him, then take him back to your layer.
